I'm freaking mad! In the groove sucks!

I went to my local arcade last weekend to find that they replaced the ever-popular DDR EXTREME with "In The Groove". WTF? That game sucks completely! The arcade loses about $50 a day from lack of players, all of us over here hate it! We want our DDR! NOW!

And why do you hate In The Groove so badly? If anything, it's like a new version of DDR, except much better (In my , and others, Opinions).

What specifically do you hate about ITG?
Please list as many details as you can.
We do listen and are constantly changing things to make this the players game.

I love ITGs music though...like DDR music I never bothered downloading or freaking out about when I first started but I haven't even played ITG yet and I listen to the music almost nonstop in my car. Reflection Theory is indeed love...lots of it.

After playing DDR extreme for 2 and a half years, I believe ITG is a breath of fresh air. Plus it has way more challenge than DDR and kick buttocks mods. Playin ITG actually helped me increase my DDR skillz and pass 10 footers such as lom and psm. Give it a chance and ull make a change. Besides, DDR extreme is getting pretty boring now.

Ah, I remember the days I was like this. Anyone so much as mentioned PIU I would shout out how much it sucks. I hadn't even played it until January of this year when I found out how much of an orgasm it is. I haven't played ITG but that's because there aren't any machines in my area. I have some of the music and stepfiles though, so I already plan to get the PS2 game.

There are some problems with ITG... but not any that would make it not fun or make one hate it... I'd surely play ITG over DDR Extreme anyday... because I tire of the Konami tradition : "The only way to make stuff difficult is to add sensless BPM changes!"
