Whenever I hear people say DDR is gay, I ask them if they've played it. Most say no, but for those who say yes, I follow up with "Oh, you must suck at it then." It shuts them up, for me atleast. Plus, most of the people who tell me it's gay are wannabe-ghetto losers. Most of my friends have tried it before and say it's fun.

This is more of a general comeback to being called gay but since I'm bi I just say "I'm half the gay man you are" If the person keeps saying it tho I'll hit on them to scare them a little. It always works by then.
