I've actually met chicks who played ddr @ the arcade. That's where I met my last gf.

It's easier to have something in common with the girl to start the conversation... That's half the battle.

I've met guys at the arcade. Except usually, I end up talking to the ones who are too self-conscious to actually play DDR, strangely enough.

(With two exceptions...one who was totally better than me and encouraged me to try harder songs, and one who was just passing songs on Light, and after one round he was like "Okay, that's enough of that, do you want to get something to eat?" Hahah.)

I have a girlfriend who doesnt play but she supports me playing and gives it a try everyonce in a while and shes really good for a beginner. She keeps me motivated and knows ddr well but she doesnt play as much as me (which is like 8 hours a day) no joke! im the girlfriend of a guy who does play ddr but i can tell you he loves it when i do. ive lost a total of 12 pounds over the past year playing alone and it gives us both something to do. he plays sometimes but i tell you we have a blast when we go to the arcade or when we help out with the tournaments. its a great thing to do together as a couple and its exercise

Yeah it would b pretty cool, so like she can come over and play, instead of just like watching a movie, its another activity you can do together, ddr, joins ppl, but not just b/c she plays ddr but b/c u like her and she is the world to you, and so is ddr....
