I'm attempting to learn to play Kakumei on my flute. The melody doesn't sound *that* bad...I picked out Ordinary World, and am working on a couple other ones that regularly get stuck in my head. Need to work on V, too...I probably have the music for it somewhere. |

dude, all that you have to do is get the notes to the real song "revolutionary," learn how to play it that way, and then put in the remix parts... |

Since V was originally a symphonic composition, I don't find it a terribly impressive feat to play it on any instrument (if you learned it by rote (ear), then that's a different story.)
Sakura was originally written for a vocalist, a koto player and a flautist. It's one that I'm working on. I'm trying to find the flute score for the original song. Even though it's written for a bamboo flute.
I think it'd be very impressive to see a symphony play out A. Considering it's not based on anything. _________________

dj D0GA wrote: | the funny thing is, I could do that... I'll have to try it sometime! and yeah, I play everything by ear, I can't read sheet music, but I can kick a$$ play by ear... I wish I could record it... so badly... any ideas how I could do that without buying a whole lot of crap? I'd love to share it with you guys |
Just get a digital sound recorder, like the ones that you take voice notes with, and make sure that it is compatible with ur comp. Then record your music, save it to ur comp, and then tell us the program that you have to listen to it with. But sometimes it doesn't work, because it doesnt record it as an mp3... |

I'd like to hear you play both Kakumei and V on the Piano, seeing as both songs have annoyingly hard parts in them. |
