One Hit Wonders . . . ?

Is it just me...or are most the songs on 5th Mix "One Hit Wonders?" These songs only appeared on 5th mix, and that was it. Some are also from 4th Mix (not counting 4th Mix+)

Well, if the listed 4th Mix songs were also on 5th Mix, wouldn't that not make them one-hit wonders?

A lot of good songs there... I'd add "One Two" to the list too....
Too bad some of these didn't make it into Extreme... I could come up with a matching list of songs from Extreme I don't need to have in there.

I think The Whistle Song had some licensing problems. That's why it didn't appear again in Extreme. If not that then probably because of lyrics? Kind of like Strictly Business.

I would include Dancing All Alone (5th Mix/4th Mix console) but then again, smile.DK didn't want their songs to appear DDR anymore...

Just the thought of all these songs make me wonder if it sparks any future ideas for the US market...

You seem to be forgetting the fact that there were about 150 or so songs on 5th mix, so the fact that like 10 of them never showed up on another mix hardly constitutes "most of the songs".

Consider the fact that extreme has probabally around 100 songs that are from Beatmania/GF/DM/some other bemani game, all of which are on extreme only. Arguably (although I'm not going to argue it) it has the most 1 hit wonders of any mix.
