I have an old pair of sandals I use at the arcade, but on the soft pads at home I go commando. Socks make me slip around too much and fall down. _________________

I rock my Hirachi's when I play DDR They may be mid-low tops but you can execute alot of crossovers and freestyle pretty well if you know how to use them right... But I am planning to get some low tops maybe addidas or nike depending which ones are better... _________________

Let see.. What kind of shoes I wear? Well, when I'm at home I'm usually wearing socks or shoes on the floppy matts and when I'm playing on my metal matt it's my blue on black Vans. When I'm at the arcade it's always my Vans, straight laced, and loose. Yeah, I've had my shoes come off sometimes but its when I"m done.. People think I'm strange for wearing them like that but they are more comfy so yeah.. ^^ _________________

I wear a semi-new pair of globes.
Very comfortable, and they don't fall off.
That's always a plus |

I usually play barefoot or with socks at home.
What I suggest (for the girls/women) is ASICS
Shoes, I used them for cheerleading (their specially
made for the jumps in cheerleading so their
extremley light and easy to move around in) _________________

Well, um... Vans, pink on 2 greys, skater laced, ya know, loose, in a knot inside under the tongue? For the arcade, anyway. At home, bare foot in the summer and socks in the winter. Um, yeah. But ya know, I don't play that much at home (yeah right). _________________

my everyday New Balance shoes. I need to buy different shoes for DDR. I'm wearing these shoes out. I can tell by the way my feet hurt after so many songs , and it sucks.
Any good recommendations? _________________

usually my black etnies since my old ones have no tred on them from playing so much.
wider "skater" shoes seem to be really good to play with, at least in my oppinion. dvs, etnies, dc, path... all seem pretty good. _________________

Home - Shoes (I have a CF, and those things will slice open a foot in a second if you're not careful)
Arcade - Barefooted
I used to get blisters all the time from playing in the arcade barefooted, but now that I've played for 9 months, my feet have gotten used to it and don't even notice. I will ocasionally slice open my big toe, but it doesn't really hurt that much and I get much better speed when I'm barefooted. |
