Seriously. I just passed Breaking Point for the first time, but I had gotten to the very end about ten times.

It looks as though narrows will be testing ITG2! Today the ITG machine at para crashed and the guy fixing it said "ITG2 will be tested at narrows in about 2-3 weeks."

sad note for ITG players at para the machine will be gone as of may.

I don't know how many of you have been able to play Into the Groove, but it is definetly worth a shot. When I first saw it at I had my doubts about the game, mainly because I have been a loyal DDR player for the past two years. As I kept going back to the arcade and seeing others play it, I began to pick it up as well. I like In the Groove because it's so much more challenging and innovative than DDR with its steps and wonderful modifiers.

The only thing that I would like to see happen to In the Groove is a wider selection in music. I know that Roxxor is just taking flight with their newest creation, and I respect that, but it would be great to see a wider array of music in their next release.

It's too bad that Konami hasn't been eager to release another mix of DDR in the arcade, but until then I will always be willing to play In the Groove. Go out there and see if you can find ITG, it's a great game.

I'm not buying 'In the Groove' when it comes out. I've been to the site and looked at screenshots and it's basically w wannabe ddr by a different company- and "american style songs"??
c'mon- we all luv the japanese bemani stuff way more than the country and krunk jams u hear on the radio.
lol
that's just my opinion
I stick to the original...

Seriously, play it before you hate it. And Krunk Jams? I know it's a joke, but good lord, you're so far off. Listen to some ITG music, and then tell me it sucks.

You're making too many assumptions. The music is anything but mainstream, and although there's not any Japanese music in it, the song selection is pretty similar to DDR's. In The Groove doesn't have any country at all. If anything it has too much Trance/Dance/Techno, and not enough variety.

DDR looks very low quality in comparision. Try it yourself and see.

*Points and laughs at the closed minded DDR fanboy*

Seriously, you are no different from those stupid gothic looking kids that come into my arcade all the time, try ITG, fail, and go "OMGZZZZZ WTF WHAT A CHEAP DDR RIP OFFF I HATE IT HATE IT".

You are just afraid of change.

That's just my oppinion >.>;

Original? Well then if thats the case :
in the future you will never play any other games is what your trying to say.... I mean if you look back the idea came from real dancing... therefore it's stealing from dancing! Play only the original!... in fact if you play Resident Evil games or Silent Hill... you must stick to the original! - Alone in the Dark

Play Tekken? Why? You should be sticking to the original! - Virtua Fighter

blah blah blah
I could go on and on... but the fact is... sticking to one company and one game is kinda... well stupid... you're not even gonna try it, you just simply dismissed it... it would be different if you played it at the arcade or the home version was out but it clearly isn't.... and you probably haven't even played the arcade release considering your lame excuse for a post.... why are you in the other music games section if you don't like anything but DDR?

I had doubts at first, but once you try it, ull change ur opinion besides, DDR might not ever have another mix so u might as well start this one for a change.
