i did both of these with strep throat and while fighting off a fever. 100.2 temp.

i dont reccomend playing while sick, but if you just need to, then give it a go, but it depends on what you have. like dont if you have bronchitis, i did that and was hacking all over the place. and high fever should be a no go either, cause you get dizzy too. but mine wasnt that bad as you can see in my pic.

Do what your body says is okay. If you're more than just a bit low on your endurance or strength, it's a bad idea. Remember that your body needs to devote much of its resources to fighting whatever sickness you have. When you have a cold, your red blood cell count drops to let in all the extra white blood cells. This means you don't get as good of oxygen.
That's the biggest thing--there are others. But if you don't feel any worse for the wear, go for it.

No, don't play. It'll make you worse.

I've played sick before, and the best thing that u can do is just take it easy on the first few songs. Most likely after the first song, you will begin to cough hard, but expect to. I hate it, and don't expect to beat any max songs, unless ur really good, because your illness is taking some of your energy as well as your playing.

NO!

I threw up all over an arcade machine. Your best bet is to throw down a Triple A on Get Some Rest (LegendaryEX Mix) - yourbodyfoo on x3 doubles.

It all depends on how sick you are. If you're feeling up to it, then sure, but remember that your metabolism has better things to do than help you stomp arrows.

When I had the flu last year I passed Bad Routine with a B, then passed out. I was back in school the next day.

It depends on what you have and what you wanna play on there.
If you have a cold or fever and play 10 footers i wish you luck on recuperating.
On the other hand, if you wanna play just to keep yourself motivated like playing 4-5 footers for like 20 mins without sweating, then yeah that would be ok. Just don't overdo it.
At the moment, i somehow got diagnosed with the chicken pox and won't even dare to touch a ddr or itg.

If you have a cold, then it is good to play ddr. It works your heart and makes it produce more white blood cells, so that means that it is eating the bacteria and is flushing the virus out of of your sweat. My remedy for a cold, drink lots of water and play ddr!
