You could always connect to their server with mIRC. Go to mirc.com and download the free trial and then connect to this server:
Server: gimli.irc.darksystem.net (this is the Faereal network)
Port: 6667
Fserve channel: #ddruk.serv
You can find any StepMania files there! |

Its not confusing. Its sorta like using a DOS prompt. First you type the trigger of the person you want to connect with (for example, Pikachelsea's DDRUK bumpers would be something like: /ctcp Pikachelsea DDR:UK Bumpers) Once the user's window pops up, its now time to remember your DOS basics. cd foldername to enter a folder, dir to see whats in a folder, get filename to get the file you want, and ..cd to move back. Its not hard, it just takes a few things to learn. |

Yeah... no offense but just because something isn't a direct link on the internet doesn't mean it's "hard and confusing" to get. Besides, #ddruk.serv has a link in its topic to a comprehensive IRC guide which will walk you through everything you need to know, step-by-step. And as if that's not enough, you can always just Google for an IRC tutorial, as I'm sure there are more than enough out there to meet your needs if you're willing to look for them.
So, in short, it's not hard. It all boils down to how badly you really care about getting the files. _________________
