Ok, so I got the DDR Extreme VS1 theme and started up StepMania. You know that picture that you see? It's MAX-themed and it didn't go with my new theme. So I made a new image for the start-up window. It's simple, but it goes a lot better with the Extreme themes than the orginal image. Feel free to use it:

To install it, go to START>StepMania>Open StepMania Program Folder>Data. Replace the image named splash with this new image. I suggest keeping the old image just in case you want to switch back to it.

You should post this in the Stepmania Themes Sticky.

Well... this isnt really a "theme" edit. Its more of a general SM program edit, even though its not that big. But I have my own custom image that I use, I made it based on foonmix.

Well, the way I see it, it's made to enhance an existing theme. After all, DDR9RED and TF3 have something like that made for their themes. So it's kinda yes and no on that one.

Well, this change on the splash image goes into effect on the overall SM program, not to the theme. So if you decide to change themes in the game, the splash image wont change. It would be cool if it did though.
