| All I have is a PC (Dell Inspiron 1100) with Win 2000. I understand that I can download Stepmania. But what else should I buy (adapter?, pad?, soundtracks?). Please, advice... Many thanks! |

| Well, if you're all set with SM and simfiles, then you should be all set. If you need simfiles, go to www.bemanistyle.com. They have tons of original sims for you. If you wanna play on a pad, check the Stepmania FAQ to see what adapters they reccommend to use. I also suggest you get a good pad, at least a Red Octane Ignition pad with the insertable foam. That's what I have for my PS2. Try to get a metal pad or even a Cobalt Flux if you could, I heard they were incredible. With all of this, you should be all set to start an awesome Stepmania experience! |

Basically all you need is a keyboard, the program, and songs. Those are the 3 essentials. A dancepad, themes, noteskins, dancers, announcers, and other things are misc. items you can get. |
