Can you get replacement polycarbonated panels that are pre-modded? Then nobody would have to do it themselves and it would be hella easy.

It would depend on the specific pad you're asking about.

And AFAIK, nobody's modding the panels - they're modding the panel holders within the pad. They're not actually doing anything to the polycarbonite (they're not fizzy ) panels themselves, except for substituting them for preexisting acrylic panels.
