I rarely do, but then again I rarely play in the arcade anymore. Last time I was there, I sucked, I mean SUCKED. Think I failed freckles, which I normally AA pretty easily, and failed Love Love Shine, again which is normally an A or AA. I think the pad was broken or something, or I'm just too used to my redoctane to play in the arcade anymore...that machine got flipped off alot.
In the end, my guess its to express strong emotion of some sort. |

i did the flipping off, and i did it because my friend (the one in the picture)had TL100 sdg'ed b4 i did, since then i have sdg'ed it tho  |

I would like to think it is usually a sign of "F**K you machine, I beat your metal buttocks."
Other than that, it's usually a sign of over-confident DDRers, or ones that are just happy and sarcastic loveable bastards.
When I get one....(ah...someday) I'll just smile and probably give a double thumbs up though.

Dude, if you look at some of these AAA pics, there are guys giving the finger all of the time. Personally I think that they are losers who think they are all bad @ss and try to rub it into the face of use who can barely pass 10 ft songs!  |
