It looks really good, plus you can use it on PS2 and Xbox. I appreciate your response.

I've never played on one, but my friend says it feels just like the RedOctane Ignition pads. I actually have those and love them.

I haven't tried that pad, but I'd guess it's pretty much exactly the same as BuynShop's DX Xtreme pad and it just comes with a PS2-Xbox converter. Anywho, those used to be good pads but now their quality is iffy at best as I understand it. If you buy it, you'll have to mod it somehow to keep it functional.

Looks pretty good. Almost looks like a RO Ignition with the insert. I'd say go hardcore and build a metal pad, but I'm biased E13.gif.

I'm not building or modding anything, this is my first DDR game, and I'm mainly using it for exercise.

I have that pad, it works pretty good, much better than the flimsy $20 ones...but mine has trouble where one of the prongs on the plug in seems to slip back and it doesn't work unless I yank it out with tweezers. I've only had it for slightly longer than a month so I don't know how durable it is really.

The DX BNS pad is the best soft pad I have ever played on, though I have never tried an RO soft pad. My understanding is that the BNS pad is just as good as the RO at half the price. I have two pads and have stuffed them into my car trunk multiple times and have had many people play on them several nights of the week and they continue to hold up. I'm impressed. I have only passed one nine footer with the pad but thats because I'm still training. I have used and supported BNS pads from the very start but now I have placed an order for a Cobalt Flux. You should take a look at those! E1.gif However, for a beginner, the DX is an excellent buy.

You're not going to get much exercise with a soft pad.
