Please Help Me. I think i sprained my back playing DDR last night (MAx 300, oh jesus) and i need to know how to stretch out/ eliminate the pain in it. I'm pretty sure it's my muscles, because it doesn't feel like a splintered bone, but it's just extremely tight and excruciatingly painful to move w/out it being perfectly straight. How do i get the pain to go away?
PLEASE HELP, I can't stand much more of this. |

I suggest two remedies:
Consult a doctor or throw you on to a trash barrel. _________________

My Mom's a Nurse/Pediatrician, Dad used to be a surgeon, now an anastesiologist (sp?) and my grandma and my aunt are pharmacists. If it's medical care i need, i don't need to move, except to pick up a phone.
Yeah, i paid no attention and beat Max 300 2 more times today, and 1 time got to the last 80 or so steps and said "screw it"
But i think it's from my hunching over when i don't use the bar. You see, i'm 6'3", and (yes i have 2 CF's w/a NASTAE bar mod) it's painful to look at the TV when i'm playing, and i've brought it up to almost chest height |

Yeah.... I moved it so far back, i'm scared i may just drag the PS2 from it's spot. But ii did, and i took an extremely long bath last night, and it's a touch better this morning, but it still hurts to sit w/ no back on a chair, or try to stretch. |
