DDR 8th Mix Extreme Jap Version?

Hey guys,

I'm doing some research for my local arcade and am trying to work out a way for them to get a DDR Extreme machine. The closest DDR machine to my current location is over an hour away. I checked ChannelBeat for a machine and there's this one:

However, it says it's the Japanese version. Is this version any different from the other ones you see around everywhere? Or are all DDRs technically Japanese?

I've e-mailed ChannelBeat, but evidently they don't speak English too well, so I thought I'd try you guys.

Technically, the only "US" version DDR Machine is the short lived, low quality DDR USA. 95% of the DDR machines of all other mixes are actually Japanese, and, a good deal of them (we'll say 85%) are run on bootlegged discs and motherboards.
