A friend of mine who used to post here lost quite a bit of weight since playing.

While I don't know his actual numbers and such, I'll say this: At the moment, he's only moderately big, but when he first started playing, I could easily see his man-tits bouncing through his shirt.

well I haven't lost weight but for 6 years I wrestled competitively, just retired in february (can't beleive it's almost been a year) but I started DDR the following may and kept my weight at 165. During wrestling season I'dgo from around 170 or so down to about 150 (can anyone say big angry skeletin) the gain it back over about six months (then lose it again for wrestling season). I figure I've gained a bit of leg muscle since I can do any given 9 with atleast a B (aside from a couple I haven't bothered to try yet and so deep, that's a D) I'm working on MaxX unlimited so, yeah, my legs are viva la bam.

Oh if you want a real calisthenic challange, do 1000 (thousand) sit ups in sets of 50 and 100 as well as 300 or so push-ups and other assorted work-out procedures within 2 hours. It's awsome! E4.gif E1.gif E4.gif

Right now I'm weighing in at about 350, and the goal is to drop to 250 by the end of the year. I'm 6'0 ft, 19 y/o.

Any workout/diet tips to go along with the constant DDR to help me attain my goal?

Right now the hardest song I can pass is Tsugaru [Apple Mix] Challenge-mode style, and I A it constantly. [Ironically enough, I can only 'B' Tsugaru on Heavy.]
