1. How do I download announcer packs?

2. How do I get the movies that play in the backround of the songs?

3. Is there an adapter than converts playstation, ps2, or xbox to mac?

4. Can someone find R&P for stepmania?

I don't know about converters (isn't there a sticky for that?) or any good sites for movies. Also, previously, I could've recommended a site to get R&P (I'm assuming you mean Rhythm And Police) from, but it recently got put into a "temporary state of closure" over legal matters, so I don't know now. However, I CAN tell you that Stepmania's official site has announcer packs available for download. It should be simple enough to figure out how to get them once you find the page.

Everything he said, plus I would add www.stepmaniastuff.com. It has great announcer SMZIPs, noteskins, etc.

As for the movies, I'm pretty sure StepMania comes with some, but good luck finding the official ones.

Also about the adapters, not only is there a sticky, there's excellent information just on the Stepmania website.

AIM me at htmlrules1 and Ill give you R&P.

About the videos, from what I see you just put AVI files in the folder with the specific song and It plays them. If there are more than one, It is just random which one it plays. I can send you PSM on AIM and you can see whats in the song folder and how it works when you play it.

Like the others said, go to the official stepmania site or stepmaniastuff.com. I personally dont use announcers, they mess me up with their combo talking... E4.gif

stepmaniastuff.com is pretty outdated. I mean, it has TF2.8! I might think about starting a little sub-section of my website for stepmania addons, like themes.

no you can't have a ps2/xbox pad to mac nor any pad what so ever you wil have to toggle with the options to get the movies working and anouncer packs annoy me so i have no clue about that one

stepmania.com has announcer packs, so look there.

as for movies, search on google, I'm sure you can find some.

pads do not convert to mac, so don't bother trying to find one.

Don't macs have USB plugs, too? Why would a PS to USB converter not work on a mac??

My RedOctane converter works perfectly with my Mom's mac. You can find it at http://www.redoctane.com/dualusb.html
