Not sure exactly about the story behind it, but if you put it on Heavy + Little, it has 51+1 (52) steps. |

If you full combo 321 stars on heavy there's 321 steps.

Story behind 5.1.1. according to Konami website (in Japanese), this title seems to come from story they thought of, this old guy living in room 511, day dreaming or something like that. |

I believe the title is a joke about Orion Beer based out of Naha, Okinawa. |
