It's Paranoia Survivor Max Oni, hands down. Max. (period) has the little 600 BPM part at the end, but PSMO is stamina-draning pretty much the whole damn way, and is much, much more complicated.

PSMO mainly because of those random slowdowns. 600 bpm does make it pretty hard, too.
