Bemani.

I think there are a few IIDX and Beatmania sims out there, but i heard they are hard to get running. I tryed one, and was kinda hard to get going.

Also, there ARE different gametypes for StepMania (like IIDX, Pop'n, etc.) that you can get from PlasmaDance.

The only ones I know of are
Stepmania
Dance With Intensity
Flash Flash Revolution
and the beatmania simulator, which is unbearibly hard to get working right.
