hey guys sorry if this is in the wrong place but I'll make it short.I have a metal DDR Pad and I just broke one of my templates specifically the left one
and i want to know how to replace it and where can I get a template. mines wired it has like four screws on each corner. PLEASE Help me guys

This would probably be better in the Bemani Controllers and Hardware forum.

We also need to know the specific brand CF, RO, etc. Also your best bet would be to contact the people that made the pad. Most metal pads also have a warranty.
