Just another newbie here, I have DDR Extreme and a cheap Pelican dance pad. I can do most of the songs on light mode and have managed to do Love Love Sugar in Standard. I hope to learn how to do handplants in a few weeks or so, they seem incredibly hard. _________________

Hey guys, how's it goin? I'm new, as you've probably guessed.. posting in this thread and all. My name is Rina, I'm from Tampa, FL and I've been really into DDR for about a year now. I'm not great yet, still working on heavy, but getting there. If I had the game at home, I'd be a lot better, but I don't get to play as often as I'd like. The only place I get any practice in is at arcades. Tampa Lanes is the place to be... 50 cents per game, it's a good deal considering Gameworks is like 2 bucks per game and the pads are really desensitized due to drunken idiots who stomp on them. Most other places around are a dollar. But yes... I frequent Tampa Lanes, used to be there a heck of a lot more, but it's a long drive (about 45 minutes).
Wow, that was a bunch of rambling... sorry 'bout that. x) _________________

**stands up** Hi... I'm Rob and I'm... a DDR freak. **breaks down in tears, people in circle clap**
I've been playing for under a year, so I have yet to attain the status of Heavy/Maniac/Oni, but can pull it off on a few songs. I really only play Extreme (arcade version) and Max2, so I'm not as familiar with the songs and steps as most.
Anywho, yeah. Hi. |

Hey guys! My name is Signe (sig-knee) from North Carolina. (I'm using my sister's account until mine becomes activated tomorrow or whatever, my account is dancemamadance) I have a PS-1 with the original DDR, and the crap-o-matic pads. But I still have a fun time! I've been playing for about 1 and a half days now. And I understand why everyone gets so hooked now! My legs are completely sore and it hurts to walk, because I played DDR with my sister's boyfriend for about 4 or 5 hours straight yesterday. My sister is convinced I will be at the arcade with all the asians and my gym bag, soon!
Hope to see you there! And have a really great day |

Hey. I'm Kristina from MidMichigan and I'm 15. Not a first time poster. Kinda skipped the intro thread. Anyway, I don't play much at the arcade, but I do have Ultramix 1 and 2 for X-box, and I play both everyday. Dabbling in standard as of now. I can get a AA on A, but that's my best so far. ttyl guys. _________________

Hi, I'm Paula (and surely my screen name doesn't give that away). I've been playing DDR for half a year now. I'm not super good, but I can pass heavy (and then die of a heart attack after some songs )
I have DDR extreme, DDR Max, DDR Ultramix, and DDR Ultramix 2. I use a RedOctane Ignition Pad (dual platform edition, joy!). I hope I can make some friends on this site (A.K.A. not be chased away with pitchforks by anyone).
Bye! |

I've been checking the site for awhile but I just started posting recently. I can A (or better) pretty much anything on heavy except an occasional Max. Uhhh...I'm a super cool cat. Worship me! Or not ...yeah anyhoo, I'm a PA kid. PM sometime. Okay bye. |

Rarely a AA on heavy, but i still try. Im from Colorado and usually only play solo games at home, not many arcades near me have the DDR machine. I've invested in a Cobalt Flux, and thats basically what I do all day.. i get home from school and play the game If you ever want to talk my AIM address is KornSOAD7777 and my Email is [email protected] |

Hi my name is Matthew. I'm quite possibly the worst player at DDR. I was so proud of myself when I got a C. Lol. I'm trying to get better but I'm not very good with this hand eye...er feet eye coordination. _________________

hi im bryan my nick name is schof, i am 18 been playing almost 6 months now, i play on heavy and i own ddr usa, disney, konamix, max1, max2, and extreme for ps/2. i rarely get to go to arcades and due to this my arcade skills are lacking. i would say im below average skill level for these forums and im most proud of my AA on matsuri (at home). my favorite songs are matsuri, tsugaru, and end of the century. there are currently only 4 songs on max max2 and extreme that i cant pass, insertion, unlimited, 300, and prion.
thats my spiel, *wave*
ps im from pa if you live near me send me a pm and maybe we can hook up _________________
