is it possible to get max. (period) on DDR extreme for the ps2 in United states??? people say you can... but i am not sure.

No. No. No. i have it, ive done everything there, it even says all chars and songs unlocked. Lock it.

Yes-- you import Extreme JP. Then you'll have Max. (period) on a DDR Extreme, in the U.S. laugh.gif E15.gif

But seriously, if all you have is Extreme US for PS2, you're out of luck. The only known legit way to play Max. (period) is to either get Extreme JP or get it for you're favorite DDR simulator (Stepmania/Dance with Intensity)

Stepmania is not legit man riiight.gif . I don't know what "Dance with Intensity" is but if its like Stepmania it may not be legit ether.

ok friend i have a game modific is the ddr extreme for ps 2 wiht some song add the are the next:

-max period
-uh-ah chavez no se va

But if you restart the PS then you're not really continuing... I think it's some weird translation from spanish that makes the syntax all wonky. But apparantly s/he uses a gameshark or other such peripheral to unlock Max. (period) and another song he can't quite pinpoint the name, but it's a latin piece, and then some guy chases you and you have to restart the PS (I think... I'm just pulling this all out of my rump, I really have no idea, but if this makes sense, go ahead and explain it better)

hmmm.... max. (period) in DDR Ex (US)...I wish, man if only konami japan and konami us were to only allowed to do that, I heard that the reason why max. was not in DDR Ex (US) was because of the copyrights...or having the rights to a song's license?

I know for a fact there is no legitimate way to get Max. (period) in Extreme US. But, I have heard there is some way to get the song Memories outside of hacking the game.

Of course DWI and SM arent legit because it even says u must own the songs at the beginning and u just get from like Bemanistyle.com or just make your own then thats the only way its legit

Ah, this one I know, Cream.

If you somehow have Edit Data for Memories on a Playstation 2-compatible memory card, you can play Memories using Edit Data on Extreme US. The saem goes with any other song on Extreme US, even songs you haven't unlocked yet.

For example: If you have Edit Data for Tsugaru from Max 2 US, you can play Tsugaru on Extreme US even if you haven't unlocked it yet.
