Do any of you strech or warm-up before you play DDR?

I stretch out my legs first if they are feeling sore. Afterwards also. My left leg gets sore a lot because I have a long daily rush-hour commute, and I drive a manual transmission car. I'm hoping the constructive DDR exercise will eventually help alleviate the pain by strengthening my leg.

not really. usually the only warm up that i do, if you could call it a warm up, would be stepping to the beat before the arrows come up.

Hmm. . . not really. I probably just stretch my legs in between each song.

hmm...stretching before I play...HELL YEAH!!! lol, I stretch before I play, it really helps me to loosen up so I can play for long periods of time without worring about if I'm going to cramp up in my legs or not....I stretch out my legs mostly, but for some reason I also stretch out my arms as well...

I used to, but now I just play a set of stages that I enjoy instead.

I also stretch out my legs between songs, but that's it. I have warm-up songs, but not regular warm-ups.

i remember when i first met my boyfriend, before we knew each other, i saw him stretching on the floor. i thought he was a loser for actually taking the time to stretch.

Not at all.
I stretch before I run or lift weights, but not before DDR.

i usually do a couple easy 7-8 footer warm-up songs, then stretch, and then do a 8-9 footer
