For those of you who have DDR songs on a CD, do any of you listen to it while you're driving? I find that it's very fun to drive on the freeway while listening to Max 300. They say that the music you listen to can possibly affect how you drive. I have a tendency to fall asleep when I'm riding in the car, so when I drive, I put in DDR music to keep me alert and wide awake. _________________

Back when I was really into DDR I'd have the music playing in my car and be tapping to the heavy steps on the wheel. My friends used to tap them on the dash board or tap their feet in the back seat. _________________

I got my MP3 player in my car just for this reason! [not really but shhh...] In my car right now and has been for a while is one CD with every DDR song [Pre Extreme] and whenever my car is working without the audio cutting out or random tweaking Ill listen to it. Too bad I believe my car to be possessed or I would listen to more DDR well driving |

I almost always listen to a CD full of songs from music games (not just DDR), but I only hand-tap to the song during red lights, traffic jams, and other times of inactivity. As for driving behavior and such, I noticed that I usually drive a lot faster when I listen to a Max or almost anything eurobeat. _________________

Im never going to do that. Being a drummer means Im always tapping my feet, being a DDR player means Im always tapping my feet. Im always tapping my feet, now if I had a ddr cd in the car while driving, i think Im going to hit my brake on a crowded freeway. |

If you ever see someone driving with all her windows down, DDR music blasting, beating on the steering wheel to the song steps, and singing at the top of her lungs if there is lyrics, that's me. |

My mom got pulled over for speeding while Pandemonium was playing...
Well, she pretty much got Florida tagged in North Carolina, but still she did lose track of her speed for a sec (goin' just as fast as everyone else, though).
So yeah, it does affect driving, but it is fun to listen to and drive. |

remind me never to listen to bemani music and drive at the same time. It'll save lives.
