Alright, I have a friend who really wants to get in on the DDR with all the rest of us. The problem is that he has no access to a console of any sort. I suggested that he use his computer, because he has a fairly hot system, and he doesn't want to go through all those mixes anyhow.
My question is, for someone who is just starting to play DDR, who wants a softpad (For storage reasons) what would be the best pad + adapter combo? He doesn't want to spend too much money, but he doesn't want the timing to be all wrong. |

ive never seen an adapter/pad kit. ive seen usb pads though. but id suggest the Konami pad and check the other forums for adapters and you can decide that for yourself. _________________

I use a BNS Ultra DX-Xtreme softpad w/ one inch insert for a dancepad. They are better than the RedOctane 2.0 softpads (Me and 3 friends compared the two when we played on them). For an adaptor, I recommend a EMS USB2 or a Super Dual Box. |
