I have no reason to when I can get equal to or less than 5 greats on 50% of heavy songs and still look a lot cooler than seizure boy on the other side.

If I wanted to show off, why would I play an easy song? blink.gif

I sometimes showoff in a crowded area doing easy 6 and 7 footers on heavy. Then when playing with experts I usually choose 8 and 9s and I do whatever they do.

Pretty much anything on Heavy will look impressive to a passerby.

freestyling sure is fun , but those bars get it the way all the time .
You practice at home, so at the arcade you don’t look like robot.

I show off on heavy like on 6 or 7 footers, but when my friend nina plays me she picks like 9's or 8's and yeah when i try to show off she shows off more so it doesnt work. I can still beat her on Tsugaru though. riiight.gif E4.gif

Nope, never. If there is a crowd that is gathered and I wanna show off, I'll usually pick somethin' like Max300 or Paranoia Survivor, ya know, an easy 10. Maybe I'll whip out bag 1x flat, seeing how that tends to amaze people, and annoy them at the same time. My friend and I do have a "freestyle" on Dam Dariram Light. It sucks, so we don't do it much, especially not in front of a crowd riiight.gif . Peace.

I'll usually do a harder 9 like Exotic Ethnic or Leading Cyber...Ryhthm and Police occasionally although not difficult still impressive and very rarely will I pull something like Paranoia Survivor out. I can consistently get a high A on that, but not after playing shit like EE. Sakura seems to please as well and I do bag1x alot.

Light mode is not for showing off.

Bye.

2 of my friends have a routine they like to do on Dynamite Rave light and they were working on a Dam Dariram routine before they stopped playing ddr. I'm not a freestyler so if I wanna impress a crowd, I just play the songs that get my feet moving really fast like Witch Doctor or Tsuguru.

I don't pick songs based on how much skill I want to show off. Unless I'm really zoning out or playing with someone else, I usually have the 3 songs I want picked in advance before I start playing, and don't usually diverge from them.
