What if you combined the DDR Chit Chat forum with the Random Chat forum and almost completely stopped modding it? I mean, I was thinking, it must be hell on earth to mod the Chit Chat forum. But seriously, who cares what they post in there? The only things that you might need to mod it for is like, spamming, so you could save bandwidth. Other than that, everyone can just marinate in all the useless topics they create. Plus they can flame away all they want. _________________

I think that'd suck because people would then use that as an excuse to get stupid in those forums and last I checked DDRFreak did not like stupidness on the forums. _________________

Last time I checked, like 99.9% of the people in the forums liked stupidness in the forums. They post stupid topics, post stupid responses. This way, if something gets in the gameplay forum that is stupid, it could just be like "Take it to the stupid forum". And you could actually call it "The Stupid Forum". _________________

Like when we had the Flame Forum oh so long ago. And people were allowed to flame (or in this case, be "stupid") in one spot. But then people stopped giving a damn about where it was and they started flaming (or "being stupid") everywhere.
So again, bad idea. _________________

It's not like people say incomprehensible or stupid things already. Look at Max'erAA and maxevans.
I've kinda noticed a trend on the boards... if the name includes 'max' in any form the poster has a 90% chance of being a complete idiot. Sad, really. We should have an option in our account to filter out ever post, thread, or user with the word 'max' in it. It would certainly make me much saner. _________________

There will be an ignore feature in PHPBB 2.2
Locking because there's not much else to say. _________________

Uh... it didn't lock.
But I'm happy to hear about the ingnore feature. How soon before the board upgrades? _________________

Locking, because the King of all Cosmos was distracted by a runaway bear and failed to lock.
As for the upgrade, most of us don't know when. _________________
