I've been watching alot of tournament winners and I've noticed that rarely do the happy hardcore style songs place top three in tournaments. I'm probably wrong in this, and if anybody has any links to a winning happy style song, I wanna' see it...
Anyway, I'm really into researching the style of dance that fits well with MoboMoga and Air, but I'm not sure where I can see it.
The question is... Does anybody else have style problems? I mean, the Max series is obvious, it's a whole different form of music (At least that what Dj Taka thinks...) Argh... _________________

I am going to assume you are talking about freestyle.
Happy hardcore songs are have the same general theme: Happy (see gay). They usually will show the same idea everytime and as happy as it sounds, it doesn't make a "happy" freestyle.
I'll be freestyling Mobo Moga in 2 weeks for a tournament (along with Leading Cyber). I have a good idea, and it's pretty cheesy but that song just feels cheesy to me.
I've freestyled MaxX Unlimited, and I will do it in competetion probably after I stop fooling around with it. Some songs aren't meant for freestyle, they just don't have a good dance quality to them. _________________

As I'm sure you know, every style of music (not just Bemani) has a certain aura or theme to it that you can easily recognize.
Happy Hardcore is no different. As Phrek said, Happy Hardcore gives off a feeling of extreme bouncyness (sp?) that is hard to replicate in a dancing form without completely turning to a rave style. As a freestyler myself, I try to follow my body movements to strong points in the song, such as loud drum beats (Get Up N Move) sound effects (Spin The Disc), etc. Happy Hardcore's music often has a lot of sound effects and an extremely fast melody that is hard to dance to without you looking silly.
I've FS'd to WWW.Blond and Waka Laka in previous tournaments, with not too great of results. As I believe any song in DDR can be freestyled to, if you want to try dancing to Happy Hardcore type songs, go for it. Just heed our advice. _________________
