| The size of the body in proportion to the head leads me to believe that it's male. Also the character doesn't have super-visible eye lashes. However, the artistically thin eyebrows look awfully girly (even for bishonen). |

...but that might not count since Shu-kun is gay.. but...
that uh person in Cartoon Heroes really looks like a guy to me and if nobody would take him, I WOULD!!!

I have no idea what "bishonen" is or who Shuchi or Shu-kun are or why they're important.
All I know is that CaptainCraka has spoken, and he is correct.

It is a boy. It's one of those hermaphrodites you see on the Discovery Channel.
I say it is a boy also because anime style art has a habit of making boys look very feminine. I think they did that on purpose.
