Wow...some of these replies are just...really lame.
Anyway, it's Alice from 5th Mix. She's wearing a kimono. She's just appearing super angsty because it wouldn't fit the mood of the song if she was smiling like a dork. Besides, no other character looks like her other than Alice. Emi doesn't have long hair, btw.
Oh, and to the people who think that it's snowing in the backgorund video, "Sakura" means cherry blossoms. Hope that cleared some things up.

She also has a different face. Usually. I also think Alice is supposed to be taller than the girl in Sakura, who appears to be short. Not midget short, just Dustin Hoffman short.
