Yeahhhh I think you would blink.gif

Considering your typical shoes are constructed as such - - - Tap Dancin' Shoes!!

Yet, if one was to do such a thing.. be cool I guess biggrin.gif
I usually tap when I play anyway, but those shoes would bring me a concussion-to-go.

Edit -- Grammar/spelling crap.

I plan on doing it soon with my friend. We both signed up for a tap class at school to get ready for 42nd street and we wanna go to the mall and play DDR after a class. We keep saying bag would be fun, but we have to bar rape a lot for fear of slippage. Eh...I haven't tried it yet, but I plan on bar raping a lot when I do.

I never get the tap-dancing noise. But then again, I try to minimise all noise when playing, because I'm just neurotic like that. But playing in tap shoes? I'd hurt myself like it's no one's business.

Hard stepper playing Cartoon Heroes in tap shoes would be so funny to watch. After cracking every arrow, he would fall on head first into the TV screen.

Could we call that an "Inverted Matrix Walk"?

i'm a rhythm tapper, and my dance studio is in the same strip mall as the arcade
i've been tempted many times to attempt such a stunt
but, i have block tap shoes (hard flat taps), and would either slip and break my neck, or crack a plastic arrow. riiight.gif

I always thought one of the charms of the Max songs was that if played well, the player's steps sounded almost as if they were an acompaniment to the song. Now imagine if Max 300 were done in tap shoes. I'd pay to see that (on heavy, of course).

Ive been told that when I play it sounds kind of like tap dancing. Not so much steady fast songs like Healing Vision Angelic Remix, but songs like Bag and So Deep sound cool when you listen to the tap of the steps
