One fine happy day I went to my fine happy arcade to play my fine happy local DDR machine there. I play a few rounds then I go to get some Powerade. Seconds later, a group of kindergardeners from a birthday party play DDR. they put in the tokens, then they rant and spasam and no tickets came out. Then I rushed to the machine and took advantage of the credit they put in. Only bad thing was they tore up the left pad. _________________

Eh?
Define break. Did they crack them in half? Did he make them non responsive.
That shouldn't have happend, ESPECIALLY from kindergarners. _________________

I never had any little kid complain about not getting tickets from DDR...or at least in my eye.
Did this happen to be at a CEC (Chuck E Cheese) or somewhere else where they have games that give out tickets? |

I've had people ask me if the game (DDR) gave out tickets. And I'm like, "uhh... no."
"Then what's the point," they said.
And I said back, "about forty pounds, in my case." That shut them up. _________________

Actually, at an arcade that I frequent, there's a ticket mech hooked up to a MAX2 machine. It doesn't pay according to skill level, though. It just spits out two tickets for every token you put in. You could actually put your credits in, grab your tickets, and leave your game. Unfortunately, I haven't found anyone dumb enough to do this. _________________

Actually, that wouldn't be a bad idea: The more points that you play for, the more tickets that you get. Problem is, where the heck would you store ths tickets in the DDR machine?
At least, that's better than little kids sticking tickect into those card slots in the Initial D machine. Now that would piss me off! Is that a trip or what? Please reply, over! Thanks!

And if the machines gave out tickets, the arcades I go to wouldn't be able to keep any toys in stock. _________________

My arcade have ticket prizes. But a little more substantial than cheap plastic whistles. Like PS2's and games. They also have other systems and games, but they cost alot of tickets. I one time spend all my tickets on this awesome Bruce Lee Scroll, I still have the damn thing. _________________
