Not counting what I've spent at the arcade, here is what I've bought to set up my home stuff:

PS1: $100. (it counts because I bought it specifically to play Konamix)
Konamix: $40
Soft Pads: $40
1 metal pad from eBay that broke like a little batch: $120
PS2: $200 (once again, I bought it so I could get DDRMAX)
DDRMAX and DDRMAX 2: $100
the TV and speakers I bought to use ONLY for playing DDR in my home: $500
2 new metal dance pads: $300

That's a total of $1100 not counting the countless quarters I spent getting thoroughly addicted to the game. But I don't regret it (except for the cheap metal pad I got off of eBay).

I've done that before on console Extreme. It's tiring. I recommend drinking juice as you play, to keep yourself from getting weak from hunger.
Anyway... back to topic.

On home stuff? Let's see, not much... 20 on a soft pad, 40 for DDRMAX, and that's it. So 60 on home, and about 40 in arcades. I play a lot at friends houses and just at home. My pad is essentially dead, but I do'n't have any money...
