can someone plz help me? every time i dl something (like a theme or something), it wont let me open it and i dont know why. they are all .smzip files, though, and i dont konw what that means. can someone help me out?

Try going Right Click -> Open With -> smpackage.


If anyone else has any SM questions, please post them here, but I hope this helps you out :-). If it doesn't, consider uninstalling and re-installing SM and make sure that you can open smpackage.exe in the main SM window. If smpackage isn't showing on the Right Click -> Open With... menu, then go to select program, hunt for your SM folder, and hunt down smpackage.exe Open that up, and see if it runs (it doesn't crash and stuff)

SMZIPS work properly if you have stepmania installed (preferably the version that the theme is compatible with)
