So I was taking my neuroscience midterm today, and lo and behold one of the multiple questions dealt with DDR. That made me smile during the test, while the rest of it made me want to poop on it.

GTA4:San Andreas!

There's a club at which you play a gimpy barebones version of DDR! The triangle, square, circle, and x buttons scrolls from right to left and you have to hit the right spot in teh timing window to get either good/great/perfect. Total ripoff lol. But funny nonetheless.

i was at the mall the other day. somehow, they linked the mall music system to the extreme we have, and i heard "so deep" and "kakumei" in macy's while looking for new jeans. i was like ".... i recognize that song" and one of our mall regulars was just movin his feet like nuts and nearly kicked a display of sweaters down. lol. so funny.

You should of totally gone to the extreme and played every explicit song on it. E10.gif

I meant to post this earlier, but Sunday night, I was flipping through the channels and Fox News Chicago had a story about fitness centers for kids on it, with equipment made for kids. I'm not sure if they only focused on one place or others, but at one point they showed a kid playing Ultramix on a 3rd party metal pad at one of these places. Didn't recognize the song, though. They also had some other combination video game/exercise machine, but it looked a lot less fun. E15.gif

I saw DDR on will and grace (no I don't usually watch it. It was an accident I swear). Grace tried it and then ran off then Jack jumped up and looked like a total idiot. I've also heard ordinary world around but only the duran duran version.

I was flipping through the channels one morning and I came upon the Ellen Show where she was playing ddr with some chick. There is always stuff like that on morning talk shows. Anyway, I'm pretty sure that you guys know about the existence of the 10k Commotion. I was also wondering if any of you guys happen to know a way to reach the artist Yukon Makoto. I know that there is a thread about the 10k too so if anyone can post that too that would be a great help.

This past Monday's episode of the UPN show HALF & HALF had the character Dee Dee playing DDR. In the episode ("The Big My Life and Kids Episode") she was seeing a famous writer and went to his appartment where she met his two little girls. They pulled out a DDR pad and she began playing the game.

I don't remember what the song was playing in the episode as it was a few days ago. What's with having to wait more than 2 hours after registering before making my first post. disturb.gif

Very cool anyway.

1. I went to the Seattle Seahawks game today, and the cheerleaders did a small routine to Stomp to my Beat.

2. There's this commercial I see every now and then for something about Lewis and Clark expeditions, and it shows them stumbling around on a DDR pad.

in a movie called "Beiging (sp?) Bicycle" there is a guy playing ddr max, and there is a close up of the screen. He's doing light mode...

i'm constantly hearing songs from ddr. I heard 3 in a row at a laser tag place.
