Am I the only one that's sick of this whole 'play for fun' motto? What if I don't want to have fun? What if I play DDR obsessive compusively because I got on the habit and couldn't stop?
Join the revolution! Be different! Play DDR because you hate it!
Reasons other than fun to play DDR.
1) Lose weight or other health reasons.
2) Impress the opposite sex.
3) Kill time.
4) Get attention for your skill.
5) Dig the music.
6) Because someone else makes you for some reason or another.
7) Because it is only by becoming a DDR legend that you can challenge the man who killed your father to a deul.
8) To learn rhythm.
9) For the tips!
10) Because you're that anal retentive about being perfect at everything, and you have to AAA PSMO before you can quit.

Well I play for fun. The places where I play ddr doesn't have too much people. No gurls, only little 5 year old brats. I play for 3 years and still have no triple A's. I'm a 16 year old skinny asian kid who weighs 110 pounds.
Yes my father is well and alive, having no parts in dueling with others.
So I guess my only reason to play DDR is to have fun. Hehe!!
Also some of the music in DDR sucks for all it's worth.

You gotta duel him in a game of DDR! laugh.gif
I can't help but have fun. I really want to get better, but that's not what really drives me to keep playing. I have been playing for 3 years too, and I still don't have any arcade AAA's either. It's just fun! E4.gif

You don't have to "play for fun" to have fun play'n DDR!
Say you play to "Get attention for your skill" is it not fun to do so?
Say you play b/c you "Dig the music" does that make it not fun?
Do you have to "Because it is only by becoming a DDR legend that you can challenge the man who killed your father to a deul"
Would Deuling and killing that man not be fun?(Evil but fun)

All I'm say'n is if you play for any of Reason at all it comes down to that Reason gives you some type of pressure!

You live in Alabama--of course you don't see any hot guys! It's like a hot guy sausage fest in Vegas, if anyone cares.
