Nope, can't say it has. The interest in ddr hasn't increased enough yet. But random people take my pictures when I play ddr. So I suppose that's somewhat similar.. but less cool.

that's neat, scan the article E13.gif

The Article

::!!Revolution Rampant!!::

DANCING GAME TAKES ****** BY STORM

Intence Dance Steps, techno beats, and drips of persperation are just a few things you'll see in the latest entertainment craze in ******.

'Dance Dance Revolution' - A dance-based video game which was been gaining momentum for years with the Video Game Elite- is now exploding in ******'s gaming mainstream.

"I've Never seen a game go over like this since Mortal Kombat." said ****, a worker at the arcade. ( **** will be referred to as 1). The arcade recently borrowed a version of the game.

The premise seems simple. Players stand facing a video screen, attached to a square dance pad marked with four colored arrows facing different directions. The idea is to step on the corresponding arrow as it scrolls across the screen in time with the pulsing electronic dance music.

Seem Easy?

-------------------------------
Cutting some parts out for legal reasons
-------------------------------

On an average weekend, DDR brings $450 a weeks. Next to the second closest game at $150.

1 said he's not sure what will happen when they give the game back in April.

**** (refeered to as 2) said they would lose everything.

------------------------------
Edit #2 (I hate legal crap)
------------------------------

And the dancing doesnt stop there. Konami has also released a home version thats taking local teens by storm.

Across the Nation - and now in ******- kids and adults, alike, are dancing to slimmer figures.

"Nobody is perfect" a player said. The best advice she gave was, "Practise, Practise, Practice".

That is missing soooo much.. stupid laws say i have to cut it up.. or they have to "buy" the issue if the whole thing is posted...

The real article is a page long.

Oh well.. thats finished now.. now its friggen busier than ever -.- stupid media.
