CF noise level?

so, i live on the 3rd floor. does anybody know if a CF would cause less vibration/be quieter for my poor downstairs neighbors than my RO ignition pad?

i don't understand why the question could not have been answered here and then it could have been mentioned that i might get more input on the other thread.

the reason that it was not posted there was because asking about a CF on a CF thread would likely yield results that push somebody in one direction or another based on the thread topic. i've seen that happen and not just on this board.

anyway, that's why it was posted where it was posted.
