How long did u play DDR when u first started?

now that I come to think of it... I used to play about 4 or 5 hours... school and job are fun killers

I would have to say that when I bought a PS2 and DDRMax2 with a cheapo pad, I probably played it for 6-7 hours straight, but figuring I was playing beginner, well, you could probably put it together from there *cough*onlytwocaloriesburned*cough*

The first time I played was at the mall, and I played for 3 hours straight (nobody was there). That week I went and bought a PS2 for the sole purpose of playing MAX2. I played the hell outta that thing. I killed the pad it came with in under a month. I played everyday, as much as I could. I even got my mom to start playing it. So in the span of a month, I spent around 400$ for DDR. Oh, I love it so...

the first time i played it me and me friend( who just bought it for ps2 ) played for bout 12 hours on some days and 6 on days when we were actually doing something after playing ddr. But that was late in the summer, now i got school

I've spent over $500 at the arcade alone...

Once I started to pick it up I'd only get to play it at the arcade... Then my brother traded stuff for Max1 and Max2...I coud've never have been happyer..

Untill I heard about Cobalt Flux's

I still hope I get one for Christmas.

A friend set it up on free play at a college function and I played for 6 hours my first day, and 6-7 hours for the whole week and one day it was there... I was hooked.

I only had $$$ for one game

( I don't play DDR at home very much at all)

but I was not 100% that I wanted to play any more any way.

I first started playing in my house for 4 hours, i've been playing with the original japanese DDR version. My aunt gave me the DDR cd from Japan 5 years ago. Now i'm playing the JAP and US DDR versions, 'cause the Euro versions are so terrible.

well I just started and have been playing 3 hours per day.

I have DDREx (US) with a soft pad so dont need to spend money.
When I do feel that I'm completely serious with this hobby I will probably buy a Cobalt Flux around x-max time.

The first time I played was at home. My little Sister had got it off of Ebay. The first time I played I did only one Song and I thought it was hard. But then I got suspended from School the next day, I was suspended for 10 days! So during all of my suspension I played like 75% of the day, everyday till I was off of my suspension! After that I loved the game. Now I can't go a day with out playing it. I play atleast an hour. (Moral of the story... Don't take vodka to school... God. I'm a dumbass

)

when i first got it, i didn't play that much. maybe half an hour a day. Then when my friends got into it a year later, (i was just beginning heavy mode) i started to become obsessed and played extreme 1-2 hours everyday. Im still trying to do that elusive 10 footer... argh
