any one think they should make a ddr mix with all metalsongs

yeah i dont know if im the only one who thinks they should make a mix with bands like disturbed, slipknot, mudvayne, a7x, atreyu and all them good bands on it. It would apeal to a different group of music listeners, not to say i dont like techno. If any one agrees with me post!!

Konami would never go to such a large number of ourside musicians, because the royalties to use existing songs would tear at the profitability of the release. They try to release mixes with more and more American songs for every US mix, nowadays, but they will never have an all-... mix　where ... is anything besides NAOKI.

I know konami would never go to extremes of doing that but i think it would be cool if they had some metal songs on a mix.

Metal songs don't work for DDR. Guitar Freaks is what you want or just go play some Stepmania with Metal Song Files.

I would like to see some Classic Rock, Heavy Metal, and Modern Rock in DDR; and despite popular theory here, I think it would work WELL. Assuming, of course, they know what to time steps with; and half the time, "they" can't even get Dance Music timed well.

"They" however, will NEVER make a mix of one solid genre. Ever. It needs to sell to masses, which means it needs to appeal to masses, who already think DDR has a "gay complex".

Which, quite frankly, it does.

On second thought:

THAT WOULD SOLVE EVERYTHING!!!

...but they'd still never do it...

Heavy Metal in Pop'N Music, Innovation, wouldn't work in DDR

Any Des-Row song other then Reggae and Hip Rock (In the game) Wouldn't work.

hell yea. metal rocks. n it b great to have ddr metal. i think it might get more ppl into ddr bcuz a lot of ppl dont do it bcuz they dont like the music sometimes n if u have metal some metal heads (like myself) might get into it more...

Jesus fucking Christ, will people stop with the retarded argument re: future arcade releases? Unless you're in charge of Konami's AM division, don't pretend like you know anything definitive about the series' future.

Also: they should totally make a Bemani game featuring lame nu-metal. It would be called Headbang Revolution and would feature a pressure sensitive pad into which you slam your head repeatedly in time with the music. You'd get a AAA if you died.
