EDIT: I have now lost 30 lbs. in ~4 months without changing my diet (however, I do eat smaller portions than I used to) and playing DDR for at least one hour a day, 5 days a week. I found logging my excersie on the President's Challenge website to be a good motivation tool.

As of today my Body Mass Index (BMI) is 29.8, which means I am no longer considered "Obese" (don't you hate that word! goog.gif ).

I lost about 25 lbs in 3 months playing DDR and I've kept it off since then by playing about an hour a day...I love this game...

20 pounds in my first 6 months...didn't notice until I tried on a pair of size 13 (Juniors) and they were too big...now I wear a 7-9 ish. Maybe it was from 2 hours everyday and eating ramen afterwards... 120 pounds now, and it's hovering there...

and now I have a appetite of a bottomless pit. E15.gif

Im not sure how much I have lost since I just started DDR last week. Most of my weight loss is due to Karate (Karate would also help me be cordinated on the DDR pad)

I'm a weird case, so don't use me as an example, really.

I'm personally glad DDR keeps me at my ultra-slim and light weight of 88 pounds. If DDR had made me lose any weight, I'd probably be floatin' with the wind right now. laugh.gif
