Rarely gatorade or Powerade and sometimes Trek(u know,the energetic liquid from canada,i love it!)

whenever i go to the arcade i almost always bring with me my handy dandy 64 oz bottle of vodka.

vodka is the healthiest liquid for your body. the proof of alcohol represents the % of healing juice in it. the hydrating effects are astounding and i personally think everyone (even under 21'ers) should drink their vodka when playing ddr.

note: please dont actually do this is dehydrates you i dont want to make anyone passout/die

There's this building that I come across during my bus transfers, and it has these water bottles that claim that have extra oxygen. I don't know what it is, but it goes down so smooth, maybe it's the extra oxygen, I don't know

. If you try that vs. other water like Dasani or whatever, you'll notice the difference. And yes, that's the water I drink when I play DDR(not dasani).

Water. I never drink ANYTHING caffenated or carbonated when I'm playing DDR, it makes my tummy feel bloated

and hey, I finally found a way to get the reccomended 8 glasses of water a day in. (actually I drink like a bottle of Deer Park every 4 or 5 songs!)

Water, occasionally Gatorade (the bottles are then filled up with water from the fountain when finished)

Sometimes Green Tea when I'm at home.
