I think thats only a fan art, I know about DDR anime music videos.

The quality and everything really looks like it's from an anime, not fan-art. I'd really like to know what series also.... Unfortunately, all my friends who watch anime didn't see it, or else I would have heard about it by now

Moving right along, this is just a guess here, but judging by the looks of the girl playing DDR there, I think the show pictured there is World of Narue, or Narue no Sekai if you're going by the Japanese title. I've never watched the series, though, and don't really plan to. Sounded kinda dumb to me from the review I read.
