| Does anyone know the lyrics to Janejana and could post them? If the song is in Hindi (so I've heard it is) I could get my friend to translate it. I'm just really curious to know what it's saying. Thanks in advance. |

I don't think Anime Lyrics has it. I remember trying there not too long ago. Google and Yahoo searches didn't help either. JaneJana's a bastard song to find lyrics for.

These are not the correct lyrics.
I just sat down with my friend (who knows Hindi) to translate them for a .lrc file, but the lyrics on that website do not match the lyrics in the song. He thinks the lyrics in the song may actually be Pakistani (the languages are very simular) since he couldn't recognize some of the words.
Anyone know Pakistani?

I'll have to agree with that, that those can't be correct because of the way the song is sung. Considering they sing:
Jane, Jane Jana,
blah blah blah blah.

blah blah blah blah blah blah.
And those lyrics in the link go.

| So is Asmat and Emi an Indian musical group? Seams likely to me, considering how popular Indian music is in the East. If Jane Jana is an Indian song, my guess would be that the lyrics are sung in Bengali - 1 of world's most spoken langauges. |

Two things:
You can find a real audio preview of the song with those lyrics, and its definitely not the same song- not even close. (This just about confirms those aren't the lyrics.)
Second, if you listen near the beginning of Jane Jana, you hear sampling from the end of the song "Macho Gang" by Anal Spyder. (Its the part that sounds like "toogaloogalooga.") (Play Macho then Jane, you'll see what I mean.)
It always just struck me as odd that one DDR song would sample another's like that, even though I realize most of the songs pre-date DDR; to me I wonder if this one wasn't created for DDR or something.
