Wow have I improved in three days. Talk about big jumps here

I don't know what happened but the past three days have been insane for me on DDR.

Just three days ago I could AA one song on light and that was colors (for extreme). I struggled on light sometimes to and standard seemed impossible for me. The next day I tried colors on standard and got a C. So I started playing a few more songs and before I knew it I had gotten 4 AA's on standard already.

I was shocked.

I decided to try a hand at heavy. Since I wasn't tired at all because I had just taken a break I decided to try a harder song. I didn't want to try Max 300 so I looked for a 9 footer.'

Eventually I decided to play Ready Steady Go. I thought I would fail miserably but once again to my surprise I passed it with a C.

I thought it must have been luck and went back and played more standard. I got another AA and that was it for the night.

Now today when I had gotten home from school I turned on my Xbox and turned it onto heavy. I decided to play some more 9 footers.

I had gotten a C on Paranoia Rebirth and Eternal. And I had gotten a B on sexy planet (Yeah I know its not a 9 footer).

Have you made any huge jumps in a short ammount of time?

I forgot to mention though it was in those 2 days I played a total of 17 hours though.

i'm not saying what you say you did is impossible, but it sure doesn't seem likely. from aa colors on light one day to paranoia eternal and rebirth on heavy w/ C and B on sexy planet...that just doesn't happen. and whoopdidoo, ready steady go is really easy for its rating on heavy (imo). i suppose if you did nothing but get the steps down to those few songs for hours and hours, you mightv'e been able to.
but, just so i'm not totally raggin' on you, gj if you did happen to do this...

I had a large jump once.

I usually play only on weekends, so my playtime during the week is usually confined to stepmania and/or FFR.

So, a few weekends ago my skill level was around C's and D's on most standard songs. The whole week after that, I played loads of stepmania on the keyboard, including Max 300 standard. The next weekend I play, I'm getting A's and B's on standard.
