This hasn't happened to me, but that's basically because I haven't dated nearly the whole time I've played. It ruined my social life, so therefore I'm done with this game, for now. I hope it never comes in the way of a relationship with me if I start playing seriously again. I wish you the best of luck with any of your future relationships.

Just in my opinion, I don't think you should date somebody in the first place if they have beef with you playing a game that you obviously like, a lot. But hey, that's just my read on it. I know If I dated a chick that was trying to make me quit DDR then I would definately get rid of that b.itch as soon as I could. I figure if they can't accept the things you do then it wouldn't ever work out anyway. I may be young but I have been through a few fairly serious relationships and know a thing or two about them. But as said before, I wish you luck with any future relationships my friend..I love you dearly..

I had a boy friend and we use to play 2gether. He use to get really mad when he didn't do so well or when I did better. -_- It didn't work out.............. I don't like people who get mad over DDR.

Weird. DDR helped my social scene, led me to meet a whole bunch of new people, which inspired me to keep playing it.

w0rd. Well...DDR really didn't help my social scene kuz I never really had a problem in that department, but I did meet alot of cool guys and gals. You're one of them Cap'. E13.gif

As far as relationships go, it's like what Stroud said: bitch gotta problem with you doing something you like, bitch gotta go. Simple as that.

haha... most of my friends don't play. Actually, it probably keeps me rooted to the real world better that way. Though ever since I started beating more 10's (read: whoring them like mad)... my friends think I've gone off the deep end.

Oh well. Wouldn't it be nice to meet a girl that's not underage who can play heavy DDR?

Well it hasn't stoped any of my relationships, it just make sthem better. Since Spring Break of last year me and my friends have become closer b/c now whenever we have free time we get together and play....which is liek everyday. My current boyfriend had never played until he met me, and I made him, and now he likes to. The same goes for my friends Kt's boyfriend Eric. He just got the game a week ago and is on standard....i really think it just brings us all together....

My boyfriend and I play DDR all the time and I can occasionally beat him. I think we are at least the best in about 3 counties so far, we just need to travel to a few more tourneys. We have never had a conflict or arguement over the game, it is after all, just a game.
