has ne one ever told u bs that the only reason ur good at DDR is because ur asian? it happened to me a few times, and out of all the racist statements against asians, thats the only one i find offencive.

Of course, nobody says I'm good but my friends, but I haven't seen an outside-of-asian person tell me, who wasn't my pal, that. If they did, I would probably say something like.

"And you suck because you're *Slanderous racist remark*"

But enough about iniquitous comebacks...

It's pretty stupid, but it's life. Sadly, I know that most of the best players around my place aren't Asian.

Its true though we are good because were Asian.

That is pretty much true how Asians are most likely to be known for DDR. South park's a good example of DDR stereotype.

I am asian and I can't pass Max300 on most occasions.
That means I must stink at DDR.
But interesting enough, all the asian people I see playing DDR are pretty damn good.

There is some logic in the asian thing about DDR. But just because your azn doesn't mean mutha f'ing sh*t!!!!!!!!!!

I'm asian and i know a lot of white people and black people that are better than I. I still can't pass max300 or AA a 9 footer, and i really don't care cuz i'm not hardcore DDR anymore. For me its all about the IIDX, and even in that i know a few white people who are better than me. One time my sister did beat one of my friends in a PA match. He's 16 she's 12 and we did say "Well she IS Asian, so of course she has a slight advantage over u" and he got really pissed. it was funny.
I personally wouldn't say that we are expected to be the best. More like we are expected to be 'good'(obviously everyone thinks of 'good' in a different way) and to learn to improve faster and learn the game faster than everyone else.
