I was just asking because I don't know how or even make one or just wondering who does.

Because the only step charts DDRFreak has in their database are official songs. If they were to try and keep all of the unoffical step charts, their database would have thousands upon thousands of entries, and it would be an absolutely horrifying experience to try and find anything. There should be a link in the DDR Simulator FAQ to a site or program that can convert a DWI into a veiwable stepchart. If you don't already have the DWI, and that's what you are looking for, then please post your request here.

You can make stepcharts from custom DWIs at ddruk.com.
